What personal information do we collect and for what purposes?

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser slug to help spam detection.

An anonymized text created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using the service. The privacy policy of the Gravatar service is at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture will be visible to everyone along with your comment.
