"Easier than ever"

Total Productive Maintenance aims to increase total equipment efficiency by maintaining the quality of equipment and processes. In this system, autonomous maintenance activities of operators on machines play an important role. TPM is not only limited to maintenance operations but is also seen as a part of Total Quality Management and Lean Manufacturing approaches. This approach aims to minimize losses by optimizing the overall operating conditions of equipment and processes. Equipment efficiency, production quality, reduction of errors and losses, reduction of rejects and stocks, reduction of occupational accidents, improvement of maintenance quality, encouragement of group work, and development of technical training are among the main objectives for the success of TPM.
